Pella Rolscreen Foundation’s Volunteer Recognition Program was designed to recognize the contributions Pella Corporation team members make to their communities through their volunteer efforts. Begun as a 50th anniversary project in 2002, the Foundation donates $100 to an approved organization after a team member contributes 50 hours of personal time as a volunteer.
Forms are due by the end of May and November each year, and grants are given in June and December. Hours can cover the previous six to twelve months. Team members are eligible for two awards annually if 50 hours are donated during each period.
Since the program was established, 583 awards have been given.
